Bridgewater on Georgian Bay is a new condo and townhouse development by Consulate Development Group currently in preconstruction at Ontario 26 & Princeton Shores Boulevard, Collingwood. Bridgewater on Georgian Bay has a total of 655 units.
This site represents the largest parcel of undeveloped land (312 acres) located on the shores of Georgian Bay in Collingwood, Ontario. Development approvals have already been secured for 430 homes. A new comprehensive master plan has been created for up to 1,200 mid-rise condos in a pedestrian friendly "village" setting. These architecturally themed neighbourhoods will be surrounded by a 250-acre Nature Preserve containing recreational trails, boardwalks, gazebos and fire pits strategically positioned along a 1.5 km waterfront. The project will also contain a major clubhouse amenity with a waterside restaurant, swimming pool, tennis courts and boat slips.
