Pay no property tax here as this is Indigenous Land owned by Beausoleil First Nations who have been leasing cottage land since the 1950's. This property has a 30 year lease with 14 years left on it. Annual lease amount is $2925 until 2030 and then it goes up by the cost of living. An annual Service Fee for emergency services, garbage/recycling etc. is $892.83 for 2026.
