Short version: your chats help Zara answer you. Our team reads one only when you ask for an advisor, or when we check answer quality.

Questions about Zara
Is Zara a real estate agent?
No. Zara is an AI virtual agent that works for Coldwell Banker Summit Realty, Brokerage. She searches listings, runs numbers and books viewings. Advice, offers and negotiations are handled by a licensed advisor, and you can ask for one at any point in the chat.
Is Zara free to use?
Yes. Chatting, speaking and call-backs with Zara are free, and there's no obligation to buy, sell or rent with us. If a service has a fee, Zara always tells you the price up front, before you ask for it. Talking to a licensed agent on our team is free too, at any time.
Where does Zara get her information?
From the live MLS® feed for listings and market numbers, plus Summitly's calculators, guides and Ontario rules pages. Each fact in a chat shows its source, so you can check it. If she isn't sure, she says so and offers a licensed advisor instead of guessing.
Can I call Zara on the phone?
Soon. Zara's direct phone line is coming soon. Today, leave your number and she calls you back, usually within a minute, any time of day. To speak with a licensed agent instead, call our main line at (905) 553-8500 during business hours, or book a call at a time that suits you.
Why can't Zara show me sold prices?
She can, once you sign in. Real estate board rules (TRREB VOW) only allow sold and leased prices to be shown to registered users. A free Summitly account takes about 20 seconds. After that, Zara shows sold prices and comparable sales right inside the chat.
Does Zara remember what I asked before?
Yes, if you're signed in and memory is on. She keeps your budget, areas and must-haves so you don't repeat yourself, and your chats are saved to your account. You can turn memory off, download your chats or delete them at any time in your settings.
How do I talk to a licensed agent?
Ask Zara for an advisor, tap "Hand off to an advisor", or call (905) 553-8500. With your permission, the advisor receives your full conversation, so you don't start over. During business hours they usually reply quickly; after hours, they contact you the next business morning.
Does Zara give legal or tax advice?
No. Zara can explain how something generally works in Ontario, like land transfer tax or rent increase rules, and link the official source. For advice about your own situation, she points you to a lawyer, an accountant or a licensed Summitly advisor who can help properly.
How accurate are Zara’s home value estimates?
