The roof is metal and was installed new in 2020. The septic system was replaced in 2019. It is a full infiltrator septic system installation using Quick4 drainfield chambers. It is located at the front of the house. There is a private drilled well with a metal casing. The water has always tested perfectly and is one of the highlights of the property and is totally drinkable without filtration. The home is heated by a newer propane furnace (2020) and 2 wood burning devices a pellet stove (Hazman Accentra Pellet insert )and a woodstove (Drolet HT-2000 installed in 2018).
