Where the pipeline data comes from
The short answer
The Summitly Pre-Construction Pipeline is compiled from municipal open data, facts builders publish on their own websites, and projects our advisors check. Each city’s records are sold only under a licence that allows it, and every record carries its source. Credit line for anything you publish:
