Where do the listings on these city pages come from?
From the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) MLS® System. The data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Property pages are refreshed from the feed at least hourly.
Why do I need to sign in to see sold prices?
TRREB's Virtual Office Website (VOW) rules allow sold and leased prices, dates and history to be shown only to signed-in users who confirm they are bona fide consumers, and only for the most recent two years. Expired, terminated and suspended listings are not shown at all.
How are the city market figures calculated?
From MLS® records of closed sales over a rolling 90-day window, recalculated from monthly totals. When a city has too few sales for a figure to mean anything, the figure is withheld rather than estimated.
Why do some city pages have no listings?
Smaller towns often have few or no active listings at a given time. Those city and category pages stay available, but they are not indexed until they have enough listings.
