Petite in size but big on value on the Trent System just south of Young's Point where you can shop at the general store [LCBO] ,or the famous Lockside Trading then dine at Lock 27. Just a short drive to the golf course and nearby conveniences of the Village of Lakefield. The detached shed is great for storage. The walleye fishing is over the top in this area as well as bass and muskie not to mention panfish galore. Easy access by a paved municipal road and just look at the view from the large sundecks. This diamond in the rough could use some TLC but where else can you get on the waterfront around here under $400k? Note water tank leaks and will need to be replaced by the Buyer.
