- Free for any lawful website, personal or commercial. No sign-up and no key.
- Keep the widget and its "Powered by Summitly" link as they are.
- We count which websites show a widget, by website address only. We do not track your visitors.
- The home value widget sends homeowners' requests to Summitly; a registered salesperson at Coldwell Banker Summit Realty, Brokerage follows up. Visitors give consent in the widget.
- Results are estimates, not financial advice. The widget says so.

Widget questions
Are the calculator widgets free?
Yes. They are free to embed on any lawful website, with no sign-up or API key.
Will the widget slow my site down?
The loader script is under 2 KB and loads asynchronously; the widget itself is a small HTML page in an iframe that loads lazily as visitors scroll to it. There is no framework and no third-party script.
Can I change the colours?
Yes. Pick a colour above or set data-color to any six-digit hex colour. The text colour adjusts so it stays readable.
Where do the numbers come from?
From the same calculator engine as Summitly.ca: Ontario and Toronto land transfer tax rates, the CMHC premium schedule, the federal stress test and debt-service limits, and Canada Revenue Agency limits for the FHSA and Home Buyers' Plan, each dated on our calculator pages.
My site does not allow scripts. Can I still embed a widget?
Yes. Use the iframe code instead of the script. Keep the link under it.
