Which Ontario real estate sites show sold prices?
Sites that run a Virtual Office Website under board rules, including Summitly, HouseSigma, Zolo, Condos.ca and Strata.ca, show sold prices after a free sign-in. REALTOR.ca shows them only where a local board has opted in.
Why do I have to sign in to see sold prices?
Real estate board rules only allow sold data to be shown to registered users who confirm they are bona fide consumers. On Summitly the account is free and covers the most recent two years.
Are these home search sites also brokerages?
