Staging, as your home needs it
Sometimes a few changes to furniture and light; sometimes full staging for a vacant home. We arrange it either way.
The shoot
A real estate photographer captures the home, with video and drone footage flown by a Transport Canada certified pilot where the airspace allows. Near airports such as Pearson and Billy Bishop, drone flights need NAV CANADA authorization, so aerial footage is not possible for every home.
Your approval
You see the photos and the listing before anything goes live.
Photography and staging support your written marketing plan. Timing, photo count, floor plans and costs are agreed before work starts.

Preparation and photo day
Your agent recommends what to keep, store and repair, then agrees the scope and cost of any full staging in writing before work begins. Prepare rooms and remove personal papers, valuables and medications before the shoot. Photo count, floor plans and timing are specified in the marketing plan.

Edits improve light and colour without removing permanent features or defects. Virtually staged photographs are labelled. Drone footage requires a Transport Canada-certified pilot and, in controlled airspace, NAV CANADA authorization.
