9 Sanders Crt #Lower, St. Thomas

What you should know

9 Sanders Crt #Lower is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom semi-detached home in St. Thomas, for rent at $1,799/month. It has 700-1100 sq ft of living space.

1. 1The only bill you're thinking about is the one marked "rent." The kitchen opens straight into the living room, so you're never cooking with your back to the room.
2. 2It's a basement-level unit, so natural light is limited, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
3. 3What you get in return is a space that was renovated recently enough that it still feels new, not inherited - clean finishes, an updated bathroom, nothing on your to-do list.
